The questions we get asked most.
How long does a website take?
Usually 7–14 days from the point we have everything we need from you. The main thing that slows a build down is waiting on photos or content, so the sooner those arrive, the sooner you're live.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, business details, photos of your work and any existing website content. If you don't have a logo or decent photos, tell us — we'll work around it and advise on the cheapest way to fix it.
Is hosting included?
Your site is built on fast, secure hosting and the first 12 months are included in the £450. After that it's a small annual fee to keep it online, which we'll confirm in writing before you commit.

Can you use my existing domain?
Yes. You keep ownership of your domain and we connect the new site to it. If you've lost access to it, we can usually help you recover it.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes — it's one of the main things we do. Redesigns cost the same £450, and we keep whatever's already working: your domain, your content, your rankings.
Can you build online shops?
Yes, but e-commerce sits outside the £450 package and is quoted separately. Tell us what you want to sell and we'll price it properly rather than guess.
How many revisions are included?
One full revision round. Send all your changes together and we'll work through them in one pass. Further rounds are charged, but most people don't need them.
Do you provide SEO?
Basic on-page SEO is included — page titles, descriptions, headings, structure and your Google Business Profile. Ongoing SEO campaigns are a separate monthly service.
What if I don't like it?
You see the site before the second payment. Your revision round is there to get it right, and nothing goes live until you've approved it.
